About Me

Meet Our Yoga Instructor - Sarah Morice

From sailing the seas to dancing through life, movement has always been my passion. After moving to Australia and becoming a mother, I found myself missing the rhythm of dance. Then, during a tough period of postnatal depression, a friend introduced me to yoga—and I was hooked. As a Remedial Massage Therapist, I started recommending yoga to my clients, and that’s when I realised I wanted to teach it. Despite life’s delays, in 2021, while stuck in Fiji during COVID, I completed my 200-hour Ashtanga-Vinyasa Flow training online with Sampoorna Yoga. It wasn’t easy, but I believed in myself and pushed through. Now, I’m here, ready to share the transformative power of yoga, flow and movement with you.
